Elastomer ELON

Use

ELON is an elastic additive that allows you to reduce the Young's modulus of cement stone to give it elastic properties and increase the resistance to stone destruction when exposed to external cyclic loads.
It is recommended to use the ELON additive for cementing casing strings in wells, followed by hydraulic fracturing, as well as in areas with intense perforation.

Expanding additive X-PV

Use

X-PV expanding additive is used to compensate for chemical shrinkage of cement in the WOC process, as well as to obtain the necessary volumetric expansion of cement stone. The controlled expansion of cement stone in a limited annular space leads to a more tight fit of cement to the rock, closure of the micro-gap at the cement / column contact and increased cement adhesion to the column.
X-PV additive can be used to combat gas migration over a cement / column micro-gap.

Use

X-PQ is a gas-generating additive aimed at creating internal pressure inside a cement mortar during hydration due to uniform gas evolution.
This effect makes it possible to compensate for the drop in hydrostatic pressure during the WOC and, as a result, to prevent the formation gas from escaping with a subsequent break through the cement paste.
The presence of excess pressure during the WOC allows you to compensate for the natural shrinkage of cement stone and improve adhesion to the casing, which positively affects the results of CBL / VDL.

Use

The GFC series is a series of fast-hydrating modified natural biopolymers based on guar gum.
GFC-304 gelling agent is produced by chemical modification of guar gum with ethers as a thickener of a new type for hydraulic fracturing. Particularly suitable for water / methanol-based fracturing fluids.
GFC-304 in aqueous solutions is used when drilling deep wells and in the higher temperature fracturing segment. The use of GFC-304 in these conditions is due to an increase in viscosity, a decrease in fluid loss and fluid friction. In these systems, crosslinking can be delayed until the fluid enters the gap, significantly reducing the required pump pressure.

Gelling agent GFC-305

Use

The GFC series is a series of fast-hydrating modified natural biopolymers based on guar gum.
GFC-305 gelling agent is a new type of product obtained by double chemical modification of a natural polymer of guar gum. Due to the new functional groups, the spatial network structure of the polymer formed by crosslinking with a metal ion is more stable, which further enhances its thermal stability and makes it more resistant to high temperatures and shear.
Under the same conditions, the GFC-305 formation requires a lower dosing concentration, therefore its insoluble residue in water is correspondingly less, and its fracture toughness and metric permeability are less; at the same time, the liquid has good viscoelasticity, high load-bearing capacity, low friction and low concentration for the destruction of the gel, and this favors the reverse flow. These features make the GFC-305 work.

PAC HV is a polyanionic cellulose that is used for reduction rate of fluid loss and improvement of rheological properties of drilling mud. Treatment with reagent PAC HV will result in increase of viscosity and rheological properties within different ranges, depending on concentration of solid phase and water salinity.
PAC HV stabilizer reduces rate of fluid loss, improves rheological parameters and increases viscosity. It reduces solution of inner clay shales and clay to minimum. It is efficient in fresh and sea water-based drilling muds and muds on potassium chloride and sodium chloride base. It may be efficiently used in gypsum and lime systems.
It is cost-effective and efficient in small concentrations. Small amount of this agent are enough for reduction rate of fluid loss. It slows erosion of borehole walls and prevents their sliding due to its film-forming characteristics. It has inhibition (encapsulating) properties and reduces dissolution of internal clay shales and clays to minimum. It is resistant to most pollutants of the solution: salts, gypsum, anhydrite, cement and other pollutants. It is resistant to temperatures up to 149 ºС. It is efficient at board pH range. It is compatible almost with all reagents for processing of solutions. It shows excellent resistance against bacterial fermentation, doesn't require use of biocide and contain toxic preserving agents. It is environmentally safe.

RT-2P is a mixture of starch-containing and lignosulfonate compounds and is designed to control the setting time of cement mortar at low and moderate temperatures.

Rheological Additive S-1

Use

RA-S1 is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay with high purity. This highly efficient Rheology Modifier is designed for low to medium to some part of high polarity organic systems. The proper solvent can be aliphatic hydrocarbon, esters, ketone, and benzene. If using the medium to high polarity solvent such as the xylene, xylene-esters (e.g. butyl acetate), or xylene-ketone (e.g. acetone), the RA-S1 organic bentonite can be added as a dry powder for in-situ dispersion and activation without the addition of activator. If using the low polarity solvent such as 200# solvent or white oil, the RA-S1 organic bentonite need the help of activator for fully dispersion and activation. The activator can be 95% alcohol, typical levels range between 30-40% activator based on organic bentonite weight.

Rheological Additive S-1

Use

RA-S1 is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay with high purity. This highly efficient Rheology Modifier is designed for low to medium to some part of high polarity organic systems. The proper solvent can be aliphatic hydrocarbon, esters, ketone, and benzene. If using the medium to high polarity solvent such as the xylene, xylene-esters (e.g. butyl acetate), or xylene-ketone (e.g. acetone), the RA-S1 organic bentonite can be added as a dry powder for in-situ dispersion and activation without the addition of activator. If using the low polarity solvent such as 200# solvent or white oil, the RA-S1 organic bentonite need the help of activator for fully dispersion and activation. The activator can be 95% alcohol, typical levels range between 30-40% activator based on organic bentonite weight.

System Description
The preflush can be designed by end user choosing the most appropriate mixture of solvents to pre-treat the formation prior to injection of the resin mixture. Is necessary to mix resin components at the wellsite: component A and B. Resin injection, is followed by the overflush, designed by end user also, to clean lines and surface equipment.

Setting accelerator AL-100

Use

The principle of action of the additive AL-100 in concrete is to accelerate the hydration of cement, thereby accelerating the process of formation of submicrocrystalline units, which ensures high strength of concrete. Of the total mass of cement paste, the mass of the accelerator should vary from 1-5%, depending on the recipe and the presence in its composition of various components.
1. Cement consumption using AL-100 may decrease.
2. In addition, energy consumption for cement heating can be reduced by 2 times, which provides additional savings.
3. The introduction of AL-100 by 50 - 60% increases the strength of concrete at the initial stage of its maturation.
4. Already after 7 days such concrete can withstand a pressure of 8 atmospheres.

Description

AL-100 is an inorganic compound in the form of a white powder. It is supplied in 25kg bags and Big Bags 800kg and 1000kg.

Spacer WellSpace

Use

WellSpace is the basis for a viscous buffer designed to physically separate drilling and cement slurries during cementing. WellSpace is compatible with cement and drilling fluids and prevents the formation of viscous paste when contacting the drilling fluid and cement.
WellSpace allows you to design a buffer fluid for specific well conditions by selecting the required rheology, solution density, and, if necessary, introducing special washing reagents.

Use

High tempereture spacer WellSpace HT is the basis for a high-temperature viscous buffer designed for the physical separation of drilling and cement slurries during cementing. WellSpace HT is compatible with cement and drilling fluids and prevents the formation of viscous paste when contacting the drilling fluid and cement.
WellSpace HT allows you to design a buffer fluid for specific well conditions by selecting the required rheology, solution density, and, if necessary, introducing special washing reagents.

Washing buffer WellFlush OBM

Use

WellFlush OBM is a washing buffer designed for dissolving and washing the filter cake of the drilling fluid at the CBM from the wellbore, as well as washing the film of drilling fluid at the CBM from the surface of the casing. Using a washing buffer allows you to change the wettability of the surface to hydrophilic and increase the adhesion of cement and, as a result, improve the quality of the well attachment.

Washing buffer WellFlush WBM

WellFlush WBM is a wash buffer designed to dissolve and rinse the water-based mud filter cake from the wellbore, as well as wash the water-based mud film from the casing surface. The use of a washing buffer allows to increase the adhesion of cement and improve the quality of the fastening of the well.

Xhanthan Gum

Use

It is a kind of monospore polysaccharide generated by fermentation of Pseudomonas flava. Since its special macromolecule construction and colloidal properties, it’s with several functions.
